The MOAA Florida Nature Coast Chapter awards one JROTC scholarship to each of the three JROTC programs (Army, Navy and Air Force) located within the three Citrus County high schools. 

Scholarship Purpose: To encourage currently enrolled high school senior JROTC cadets to pursue post high school educational opportunities that will provide future employment with the U.S. military services; with national/state/local government agencies or with the private sector. 

Scholarship Description: Two scholarships are awarded in honor of Evelyn H. Reading.  One scholarship is awarded in honor of Murice "Bud" Wise.
